This policy explains how RetailHub (“we”, “us”) handles the personal data you submit through the contact form on retailhub.ae. We keep it short because what we do with your data is simple.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we receive:
- Name, so we know how to address you;
- Email, so we can reply;
- Phone (optional), if you prefer a call;
- Message, with whatever you choose to tell us;
- Technical details: the time of submission and your IP address (used only to protect the form from abuse).
Why we collect it
For one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and discuss a potential pilot or partnership. The legal basis is your consent (the checkbox you tick before submitting) and our legitimate interest in answering you.
Where it goes
Your submission is delivered directly to our team through secure internal channels and stored in the business tools we use to track enquiries. Access is limited to RetailHub team members who handle sales and partnerships.
We use trusted infrastructure providers to run this website and deliver notifications (for example, Google Cloud for hosting). They process data on our behalf and under our instructions.
To keep spam out of the contact form we use Cloudflare Turnstile. When you open the form, it checks in the background that the request comes from a person, using technical information about your browser. Cloudflare processes this data only for that check.
What we never do
- We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their marketing.
- We do not add you to mailing lists you didn't ask for.
No analytics, no advertising trackers. This website does not set cookies for analytics or advertising. The only third-party service on it is Cloudflare Turnstile, used solely to protect the contact form from spam.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for as long as needed to handle it and follow up, for at most 24 months after our last contact, and then delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show, correct, or delete the data you sent us, or withdraw your consent. We act in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
